SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are sent out bi-weekly. Any orders will be shipped within the next 3 business days.
From Belgium: All collection items are shipped internationally from Belgium via Bpost at a national rate, EU-rate or international rate per package. All international duties are payable by the purchaser on delivery. You will be provided with tracking details for shipping within Belgium as soon as your order has been shipped. Parcels can be delivered to any address. Unless otherwise is preferred for shipping within Belgium you have to sign for your parcel. In the event no one can sign at your adress, the courier will leave a card for you to collect from the nearest Post Office. The courier can also ship directly to your nearest Post Office if requested by mail. For other shipping countries, also please mail us.

PLEASE NOTE: kan/o is not responsible for any customs duties & taxes incurred within your receiving country. Any delivery date or time specified by www.bpost.be is a best estimate only, and will be not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In the event your order is not claimed and returned to us in the mail, we will have to charge you the shipping costs for resending the order.
Full-priced goods in saleable condition and with original tags attached may be exchanged for a different size or style, within the same price. A refund will only be provided if your goods are faulty. Items can only be returned within 7 days after receiving them.
PLEASE NOTE: All sales on reduced items are final, no refund is possible.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org (within 7 days of receiving your order) to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number). You will need to provide your full name, order number, item/s and reason for return. Upon receiving RA, enclose together with your original order form and goods. Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable.
In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, kan/o will not be liable if there is no tracking information. Items returned without an RA Number will not be accepted. Customers are liable for return shipping costs from kan/o.
